1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Judge My Cover online shop at judgemycover.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Judge My Cover sells parody dust jackets — decorative paper covers designed to wrap around existing hardcover books. Our products are original parody works intended for humor and commentary.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

Product listings on our website constitute an invitation to make an offer. By completing checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

• Shipping costs are displayed before checkout.
• Bundle discounts: 3+ items (10% off), 5+ items (15% off), 10+ items (25% off).

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are printed on demand and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 — estimated 5–7 business days.
• Express Shipping: $12.99 — estimated 2–3 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement to hello@judgemycover.com. Custom-printed products may be excluded.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days if items are unused and in original condition.

• Damaged or defective items: contact us within 14 days with photos for a free replacement or full refund.
• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, unless the item was defective.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

8. Gift Wrapping

Gift wrapping is available for $3.99 per item.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and copy on this website are original works of parody. All content is © Judge My Cover. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the ordered products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Austrian law. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.
