Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise it, inform us (Real-Soft Informatik GmbH, Bockenheimer Landstraße 2-4, 60306 Frankfurt am Main, [email protected]) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email.
Effects: we refund all payments received from you no later than fourteen days after we receive your decision. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Preorders can be cancelled informally at any time before shipping, with a full refund.

- Product: printed folio case for e-readers. Fictional titles; no affiliation with any publisher, author or device maker.
- Price: €19 per cover including VAT and shipping within the EU. Payment via Stripe (card, and the wallets Stripe offers).
- Preorder: goods are produced in a first run and shipped soon after. We email you with the shipping date before anything ships, and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before that.
- Delivery: DE, AT, CH, NL, BE, FR, LU, DK, IT, ES, PL, CZ, IE, PT, SE, FI. Risk passes on delivery.
- Warranty: statutory rights apply. Applicable law: German law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
